Call it Sunday School, Training Union, home study or whatever you want; disciplining is a vital part of the Church today. The Apostles followed Jesus' example of training they and trained other to take their places. The pastor can only do so much in the Sunday messages, sadly not enough to properly prepare YOU for ministry. Who ever you are--get involved in being trained in and for ministry.
